Inclusivity & Diversity

Our group is committed to have an inclusive work environment where everybody feels welcome. We especially encourage students and colleagues from underrepresented minorities (e.g. women, LGBTQ+, people of color) to join our research group. We trive to increase diversity not only in our group, but in our wider scientific community. We have regular discussions about inclusivity, equality and diversity topics within the group and we are continously brain-storming about ideas how to increase the number of underrepresented minorities in our research field.

Prof. Szulagyi is a member of the Cultural Development Committee of the rETHink project. This committee is focusing on to create a modern, progressive work environment at ETH in the future, where inclusivity and diversity are a corner-stone of our establishment.
